Importance of the word through emotion and expression.

Words have power on everyone. As an episodic poem, Ntozake Shange words were needed to be shown in this production through projection and emotion. Our female cast took those words and showcased the emotions, tears, love, heart, thoughts, and expressions of these poems.

We all felt that impact.
